RB Marine employs a team of specially trained engineers that have a wide range of electrical switchgear and power distribution experience in circuit breaker repairs. With the knowledge and skills to repair and renew circuit breakers, switches, transformers, complete switchboards and other components.
Our primary repair facility is located in Bergamo, Italy, however we have supporting facilities in Miami, USA and Liverpool, UK. All of our workshops are fully equipped to carry out all manner of repairs and calibration services for our clients.
Our engineers specialize in the refurbishment of fire and flood damaged switchgear where required.
You can arrange for removal and delivery of the damaged equipment, or our specialist logistics team can take care of every step of the repair process from collection of the equipment to the return back to where it is needed. RB Marine can also organise all import and export documentation to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for the client.
This typically involves:
- Removal of damaged or faulty parts from site
- Transportation to one of our workshops
- Repair, renewal and calibration of equipment
- Re-installation of plant and equipment
- Re-commissioning of the power system
Ageing and Obsolete Equipment Support
As every day passes, all electrical assets and equipment move one day closer to being unsupported from the original equipment manufacturer. Older models make way for newer and the end user is left with a problem of unsupported products vs further capital expenditure.
RB Marine have a vast network of partners and suppliers who coordinate in the procurement of ageing equipment spare parts to assist our clients when they most need it.
